Okei Video is a video analysis platform designed for sports teams and coaches. The Service allows users to upload, tag, analyze, and share sports video content.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Share your account with unauthorized users

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant Okei Video a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Subscription and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Data Storage

We store your data on secure servers. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your content.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the Service settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Okei Video shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
